Stress is allowed to be seen as one of the worst enemies of modern times. Stress is the foundation of many diseases and can affect everything from our relationships to how we take care of the body. You are shifting the exercise, you are better off the couch after work than being productive and eating quick food instead of making something useful.

Stress affects us all in different ways and even if it does not affect your exercise, your relationships or the food you eat – it will destroy your body. Stress is not good for either the heart or the brain.
